Electric bill delay

2/28/18 update: TCEC has been notified the missing bills were scanned February 25 and are on their way to member mailboxes.



TCEC bills due March 10 delayed for some members

You may be wondering where your February electric bill is if you’re on TCEC’s Cycle 3 billing. The cooperative has discovered that many bills for members have been delayed. TCEC is working with its billing vendor and the United States Postal Service to investigate the cause for the delay.

In the meantime, if your bill would be dated February 22 and due before March 10 and you have not yet received it, please access your balance one of the following ways: 

  • Via the SmartHub app on your phone or online.
  • If you know your TCEC account number, call the automated payment system at 844-203-6547.
  • If you do not know your TCEC account number, call a TCEC member service representative, M-F, 8-5, at 580.652.2418.
