High School Seniors Leadership Summit and Scholarship Application

Application Guidelines

1. Applicants must be members of the 2023-24 Senior Class in a school within the TCEC’s service territory.
2. The parents or guardians of applicants must be members of TCEC.
3. Members of the immediate families and/or persons residing in the households of cooperative trustees and/or employees of TCEC are not eligible to participate in the contest or serve as winners.
4. Contestants must have written permission from a parent or guardian to participate in the Youth Leadership Summit.
5. Applicants must be able to attend the Youth Leadership Summit scheduled for Monday, March 18, 2024, during the event 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. More details will be provided to those selected for the Summit and scholarship.
