Annual Meeting
Thursday, September 24
Annual Meeting Schedule:
- 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Members are asked to register at one of the satellite locations listed below. As a thank-you for registering, members will receive a $50 credit on their October TCEC electric bill – one credit per membership. Registered members will be entered to win a grand prize, including a zero-turn mower, two smoker grills, four $500 gift cards, or a Shark vacuum. Members need not be present at the business meeting to win, however you MUST have your contact information up to date in your TCEC account for us to contact you.
- 6:00 p.m. – The business meeting will begin. To view the business meeting, members can attend in person at the TCEC Headquarters, 995 Mile 46 Road in Hooker, watch the livestream at each satellite location, or visit www.tcec.coop to watch on your own device.
Satellite Registration:
To register, receive the bill credit, and enter our grand prize drawings, members must physically visit a registration location on the day of the annual meeting. To help expedite the process, please bring the top portion of this letter with you to register. Our bylaws do not allow for proxy voting, which means that members cannot register for other members. Member must register in person on September 24, 2026.

- Turpin – Senior Citizens Center, 104 Main St., Turpin, OK
