The TCEC Board meetings are typically scheduled on the fourth Friday of each month, making exceptions for conflicts. Specific dates and times are printed on page 4 of your monthly LiveWire member newsletter.

Summary of Board Meetings

• Board minute summaries are posted online for a rolling 12 months.
• They are delayed 1 or 2 months due to necessary reviews and approvals.
• Members can call TCEC at (580) 652-2418 and ask CEO Zac Perkins questions regarding board activity.

Trustee Elections

Members can attend a district meeting in person to elect a representative for their district every 3 years. See our Bylaws (PDF) for more information about voting.

Running for the Board

To run for the board, follow these steps.

1. Confirm your district by looking at the top right corner of page 2 of your electric bill or contact TCEC at (580) 652-2418 or email TCEC.
2. Review the eligibility requirements outlined in the Bylaws.
3. Complete the nomination form in person at the TCEC office in Hooker, 995 Mile 46 Road.
