If you pay an electric bill, you’re a member of TCEC, the local electric cooperative serving the Oklahoma Panhandle and Elkhart, Kansas. As a member, you can download the free Co-op Connections mobile app and register for an account to find local offers from participating businesses wherever you go. The app has the Co-op Connections card built-in, so you don’t have to worry about carrying the plastic card that was mailed to you when you established your TCEC account.
