Sew Loved Quilt Shop owner Laura Martin only began quilting in the last 15 years. Laura has always loved to sew but had no interest in quilting. Her family always told her she would make a great quilter.
One day Laura witnessed the entire quilting process when her mother-in-law showed up with new fresh quilting fabric from the local quilt shop and began to study and cut the pattern. Since then Laura has been hooked. Soon after, she began to work at a local quilting shop to pay for her hobby. That gave her a desire to own her own shop. She opened Sew Loved Quilt Shop in Elkhart, Kansas, in 2018.
