OPSU Scholarships
For new freshmen and returning sophomores to Oklahoma Panhandle State University, the cooperative funds eight scholarships valued at $2,000 each.
The Panhandle State Foundation administers the scholarships with applications available from December 1, 2022, to February 15, 2023.

Golden Spread Electric Cooperative Director’s Memorial Scholarship
Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC) is a member of Golden Spread Electric Cooperative, which offers a $2,000 scholarship to students who plan to attend a college in Kansas, Oklahoma or Texas.
The scholarship deadline is March 1 each year and applications should be made directly to the Opportunity Plan.

Youth Leadership Summit Trip and Scholarship
Two high school seniors will be selected to attend the Youth Leadership Summit in Oklahoma City and will receive a $500 scholarship to the school of their choice. High school seniors attending a school within the TCEC service territory are eligible to apply.
Applicants must be able to participate in the Youth Leadership Summit scheduled for Monday, March 13, 2023, during the event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Applications are open through 5 p.m. on January 9, 2023.
