As an electric cooperative founded to serve our members, we don’t want anyone surprised by the cost of moving electrical lines, adding a meter, or upgrading electrical service.

If your energy needs change, please contact us early in the decision process. Our staking team can help you understand whether a cost will be associated with the change and if so, issue you a price quote. In other instances, they can help you find which electric rate in the tariffs will apply and whether an agreement with the cooperative will be necessary.

  • Building a new house
  • Adding onto an existing house
  • Adding a shop or outbuilding where service already exists
  • Installing equipment at your home or business that will use 5,000 watts (5 horsepower) or more
  • Switching from gas heat to all-electric heat in your home
  • Installing an electric vehicle charger at your home
  • Adding solar, wind, or other renewable energy options to your home
  • Adding a standby generator to your home or business
