Pumpkins at the Park: Free National Co-op Month Celebration

Mark your calendar for the seventh annual Pumpkins at the Park event on the east side of Thompson Park in Guymon on Monday, October 3, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Panhandle Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (PTCI) and Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC) are hosting a free event to celebrate National Co-op Month. The cooperatives’ shared purpose is to give back to the community while highlighting the many advantages cooperatives offer their members. PTCI and TCEC are proud to announce the pumpkins this year are grown in Texas County, supporting a local business. Nationwide, cooperatives create 2.1 million jobs and generate more than $650 billion in sales and other revenue annually.

Fun for the Whole Family

Pumpkins at the Park promises fun for the whole family. Activities offered at the event are:

  • Pumpkins (children only, please)
  • Pumpkin Decorating (fun only)
  • Train Rides (children only and limited tickets available)

  • Fall Photos (selfie photo booth)

Everyone is Welcome

The event is free and open to the public. PTCI and TCEC are local cooperatives serving the Oklahoma Panhandle.
