Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC) in Hooker, Oklahoma is searching for catering services for the next 12 scheduled monthly Board meetings in 2022:

1. Service / Work Requirements
Expectations: Caterer shall possess necessary skills, qualifications, experience, and ability to successfully undertake the proposed service.
Caterer is expected to travel to Hooker and set up meal. Meal should be ready to serve at 11:45 AM to approximately 30 individuals. This includes everything necessary for the meal. TCEC provides a kitchenette with a warmer, sink, trash receptacles and seating.
Mandatory Requirements
- State (OK) issued catering license.
- Two references are required.
2. Menu
Suggestions for the main entrée are pork loin, chicken fried steaks, pot roast, steak, barbecue beef, barbeque pork, catfish, or chicken.
Sides and desserts are the choice of the Caterer:
- Please provide sides and desserts on bid submission.
3. Catering Submission
- Bids should include the “all in” cost per plate.
- Bids may be made on all dates or selected dates.
- Bid needs to reflect which date/dates are being bid upon.
- Bids will be accepted through 5:00 PM on Friday, December 24.
