Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC) knows that one way to pay won’t fit every member’s needs. That’s why we offer multiple payment options for you. Here are 10 ways to pay your electric bill.
- Autopay — With AutoPay, your electric bill payment can be automatically withdrawn from a bank account or credit/debit card each month.
- SmartHub — online bill pay through TCEC website or mobile app
- Pay Now — online payment without logging in to SmartHub
- Pay as You Go — Our prepay option is simple, affordable and flexible. Pay for your electricity in advance to avoid some fees and deposits.
- Pay by Phone — Members can make payments over the automated phone system 24/7 by calling (580) 652-2418 and pressing Option 2 or by calling the system directly at (844) 203-6547.
- Pay in Person at the TCEC office — You may pay by check, cash, or credit/debit card at our office at 995 Mile 46 Road in Hooker, Oklahoma. Our lobby is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for some holidays
- Pay by Mail — Mail your check or money order with your TCEC account number on it to PO Box 880, Hooker, OK 73945. Please, do not mail cash.
- Levelized Billing — Enroll in the Levelized Monthly Payment Plan and we will calculate an average payment to keep your bills more predictable throughout the year.
- Dropbox at TCEC headquarters — TCEC has a dropbox directly across from the front door at its office, which is located at 995 Mile 46 Road in Hooker. Payments dropped off after 8 a.m. Monday through Fridays will post the next business day.
- PaySite Kiosks — PaySite kiosks allow you to make cash, check or debit/credit card payments in person at nine different locations throughout the TCEC service area.

- Boise City, OK Moore’s Food 201 E. Main Street 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Sunday
