High school juniors can apply by completing the application and providing a brief explanation of why they would make a good TCEC delegate. Ten finalists are selected for interviews, and three students will be selected to attend the Youth Tour. Applicants may apply for both the Youth Tour and the Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp with a single application, but may be selected for only one trip.
